Ainsley Rodriguez has been athletic since childhood and danced. At 16, she started fitness to gain weight and tone her muscles. Ainslie became completely obsessed with the gym and spent whole days there doing an hour of strength training every day and several hours of aerobics. It got to the point that with a height of 162 cm, she weighed 44 kg and was terribly afraid of becoming fat. Ainsley has a BA in biology, but after graduating from college, she went to study as a personal trainer and nutritionist instead of working in her specialty, despite negative reviews about what was happening from relatives and friends. By age 25, Ainslie had become a celebrity, stretching coaching and nutritionist. She also put herself to the test and finished 3rd in her first 2012 NPC Dayana Cadeau Classic. She now sells nutrition and workout programs on her website, and also represents sports nutrition and apparel brand ShredZ. To date, Ainsley's Instagram has over 1.6 million fans.
